    Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Covered Almond Bark

    12 oz of bittersweet or sem-sweet chocolate
    1 1/2 cup of raw, unsalted almonds
    Sea salt
    Course sugar

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until completely melted and smooth. Stir almonds into the chocolate, until thoroughly coated and mixed.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Pour chocolate mixture into sheet and use a spatula to spread evenly.

    Mix sea salt and sugar (1 to 1 ratio) and sprinkle desired amount over chocolate. Place into refrigerator and allow chocolate to completely cool down and set.

    Break into chunks and enjoy with a glass of Hangtime Pinot Noir!
