Chorizo al Vino
1 lb Chorizo Sausage (may be substituted with Kielbasa)
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup Hangtime Pinot Noir
Cut chorizo sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
Drizzle olive oil into large skillet and place onto stove set to medium-high heat. Place chorizo slices and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until lightly browned. Add wine and allow to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until wine has reduced and chorizo has cooked through.
Place chorizo slices into serving dish and drizzle with reduced wine. Serve with toothpicks to enjoy as an hors d'oeuvres, or with fresh bread as an appetizer or main dish.
