Pinot Noir Dark Chocolate Truffle Recipe
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup half and half
2 Tbsp Hangtime Pinot Noir
Nuts, finely chopped
Melt the chocolate in a small sauce pan over low heat until completely smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the wine and half and half, then place in the refrigerator until firm.
Place the coating ingredient in a shallow bowl and set aside. Scoop out a spoonful of chocolate and gently roll into a ball. Roll the chocolate in the coating ingredient then place on a piece of parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining chocolate. Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
