    Grilled Tuna

    Serves 4

    Ingredients:
    4 1-inch-thick fresh tuna steaks
    Olive oil
    Salt and freshly ground pepper

    Directions:
    Bring grill to a very high temperature, as this will be important to sear the tuna.

    Clean tuna and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

    Spray grill with cooking spray and grill both sides of tuna for about 2 minutes per side. The center should be a bright pink. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice into 1” thick pieces and serve with a simple mixed greens salad.
