Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe
Makes 24
Ingredients:
12 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp white distilled vinegar
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
Hard boil all of the eggs. Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut lengthwise. Carefully remove all of the yolks and place in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork, then add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Continue to mash until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe back into the egg white shells. Sprinkle with paprika to taste, then place in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
