Rob Mondavi, Jr., President of Winemaking
Rob Mondavi, Jr., is President of Winemaking and Partner at Folio Fine Wine Partners, a company he founded in 2004 with his father Michael and sister Dina. In his position, Rob oversees all production and spearheads the development and procurement of new wine brands from around the globe for distribution in the United States and Canada. As a member of the third generation of the Robert Mondavi family, Rob enjoys sharing his experience, family stories and passion for wine with consumers, retailers, and distributors around the country.

Rob’s early career was spent in a variety of roles at the family winery including, but certainly not limited to, vineyard hand, cellar-rat, winery host, sales manager and marketing director. His greatest influence has been his father, whom he describes as incredibly dedicated and passionate. Having a deep love of the land, Rob naturally gravitated toward vineyard and winery management. "In my position there are a lot of moving parts and each day is exciting," says Rob, "but walking the vineyards and making wine with Tony Coltrin, that is the best part of my job."

Tony Coltrin, Director of Winemaking
Tony Coltrin has winemaking in his soul. Born and raised in the Napa Valley, he spent most of his 32-year career making wine at Robert Mondavi Winery. Today, Folio Fine Wine Partners is proud to call Tony our Director of Winemaking. "I grew up in St. Helena and worked in the vineyards.  As a teenager, the grandfather of one of my closest friends suggested that I work a harvest at a winery to connect my knowledge of the vineyards to my growing love for wine, food and the winemaking process. After that first harvest, I stayed. Being a winemaker is not something I do everyday, being a winemaker is who I am everyday."
